Each Eco-Play Safety Tile is 2.5" inches thick and 28 lbs. in weight. In order for you the customer to effectively see and feel the product, a larger portion of the tile must be presented for viewing and assessment. Due to the large size and nature of the Eco-Play Safety Tiles, sending samples is a costly task. We receive hundreds of daily requests hence we can not offer free samples without affecting the cost of the end product. In order to minimize costs to buyers, we ask that individuals looking to see the product in person to pay a $20 fee which is fully credited to any purchase of the Eco-Play. The latter cost is for the US market only, for shipping to other locations please contact customer service at 1.714.772.3000. The samples package will include all five colors, and is shipped via Fed Ex Ground. Delivery can range between 4 to 7 days depending on your distance from our shipping location, Santa Ana California.
