Three steps to getting your project off the ground:
#1  Send us your drawings.  If the product is a simple rectangle, square or circle, then just advise us of your dimensions.
#2  Tell us the quantity of the product or part which is required.  Do not forget most custom produced parts require a one time tooling (e.g. a mold or a die) which could be costly.  Therefore small quantities may not be cost effective to produce.
#3  Let us know which variety of rubber or elastomer suits your needs.  For help picking an appropriate product do not hesitate to consult us.

We are here to help, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone (1-714-772-3000 or 1-800-370-9152) by email (info@rubbercal.com) or by going to our online quote request page.

Gaskets
A rubber gasket is a mechanical seal that serves to fill the space between two objects, generally to prevent leakage between the two objects while under compression. Gaskets are commonly produced by cutting from rubber sheet materials, such Neoprene,
EPDM
, or Silicones (CG, PG, TR, FDA). It is usually desirable that the gasket be made from a compressible or slightly compressible material such that it tightly fills the space it is designed for, including any slight irregularities.

Fabricated Rubber Products
We carry sheet goods which range in gauge from 1/32" up to 2" in thickness. Any of our sheet rubber products can be cut to your specifications.  We can meet your most critical tolerances, by laser, hydro-jet, or die cutting methods.  In less tolerance critical circumstances, product can be hand-cut to your needs.  Have it done your way.  Just forward your drawings or prints and we will do the rest. A hard copy quotation detailing all costs, lead times and tooling requirements will be offered.

O-Rings & Seals
An O-ring is a loop of elastomer with a round (o-shaped) cross-section used as a mechanical seal. They are designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly between two or more parts, creating a seal at the interface. O-rings are one of the most common seals used in machine design, because they are inexpensive and easy to make, reliable, and have simple mounting requirements.  A mechanical seal is a device which helps join systems or mechanisms together by preventing leakage (e.g., in a plumbing system), containing pressure, or excluding contamination.
Protective Surfacing
Rubber surfacing is used to protect commercial equipment from aesthetic or comprehensive damage.  Removal pads and covers serve to separate the device from the operator, other moving parts or the environment.
Cushion & Bumper Pads
A rubber bumper is designed as the protective part of a mechanical system or machine, which allows one object to impact another and withstand the collision without damage. Rubber bumpers serve to protect industrial products from wear, abrasion and scuffing during movement, production and/or assembly.
Rubber Curtains & Flaps
In mechanics a flap is any hinged plate often used as a cover or a simple one-way valve.  Rubber flaps or curtains can serve as flexible screen and buffer areas from undesirable dust and particles. Flaps and curtains serve to protect and manage air or material movement in mechanical systems.
Slitting Services
Although most virgin or recycled sheet rubber products are available in 36 inch or 48 inch wide rolls, we do offer slitting services.  Therefore, any of our sheet rubber products would be available in smaller widths.
