Specification or Premium Grade Silicone sheeting is used in applications where higher physical properties are required.  It is resistant to both high and low temperature extremes, and is commonly used for gasketing solutions in harsh environments.

PSA:

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (Tyco 3281A) is available in a standard PSA acrylic (200F continuous 225F intermittent) version and a HTAPSA high temperature acrylic (350F continuous 450F intermittent) version.

Chemical Resistance:

Excellent resistance to UV/Ozone, Acetic Acid, Ammonia Gas (hot and cold), Corn Oil, Fish Oil, Lime Sulfur, Methyl Ether, Ozone, Sodium Sulfate, Tartaric Acid, Vinegar, and many more.

Application:

High-Temperature Gasketing, Laboratory Equipment, Chemical Resistance, Low Compression Materials.

Flexibility:

This elastomer is available in a wide range of durometers, from soft to hard (35 to 75 shore A), satisfying most commercial needs.
