Bounce in Your Step: Each padded mat comes with a waffled design on the bottom. The purpose of this pattern is to help give a degree of bounce and comfort to a person’s feet. Combined with the rubber material that composes these outdoor tiles, the waffled-bottom design will ensure that the feet are never susceptible to the strain that normally comes to them from hard surfaces.
Safe to Fall: We all know that children can play in a rough and tumble manner. We did it too once upon a time. | Permanent Installations: | Eco-Safety Surfacing Tiles can be glued to wood or concrete subfloors using the BASF CX-941 Adhesive. | Temporary Installations: | Interlocking mechanisms (plastic connector pins) are available for these playground flooring tiles. The Connector Pins are 3.5” long and are made of hard plastic. The pins hold the tiles in place within slots in the tiles once they have been inserted. The 2.5” Eco-Safety tile has four (2) holes on each of the four (2) sides of the tile. This allows for quick and easy installation. |
| Indoor / Outdoor: | The high content of EPDM (a UV stable elastomer) found in tires makes these Eco-Safety rubber tiles an indoor and outdoor flooring product.
