Product Description

The Schwarze® 300 parking lot street sweeper that is often used to clean areas such as side streets, parking lots, strip malls, and other similar locations. In order for these vehicles to remain active and functional, they need reliable quality rubber flaps. Rubber-Cal recognizes the importance of a sweeper kit. Many street sweepers, like the Schwarze® 300, are independently owned and owner operated. Street sweeping vehicles help earn livelihoods, so we aim to make a Schwarze® sweeper’s parts readily available at affordable rates. Our Schwarze® sweeper parts for the 300 models are made of skirtboard rubber. While these parts have a decent level of durability, they are unique in that they feature a better level of flexibility. Take advantage of the fact that these are not direct-from-Schwarze® parts. These parts are independently made and therefore more affordable options that their brand-name counterparts!

Skirtboard Durability: The benefit of having rubber flaps made from skirtboard rubber lies within the elastomer’s durability. Skirtboard rubber is a sturdy rubber material that is often employed in various types of industrial applications. It is a useful material to have as Schwarze® sweeper’s parts. In our three-piece sweeper kit, the front flap is available in gauges of either 1/4” or 1/8”. The middle and rear flaps, however, are both made of 1/2” thick skirtboard rubber.
