A 300 Model Schwarze® street sweeper usually comes with three flaps, and each one has to be made of a durable rubber material. The types of rubber that we offer for these Schwarze® sweeper parts are skirtboard and conveyor belt rubber. Skirtboard rubber is a very sturdy, physically durable material that is a blend of SBR and Gum rubber. The front flap is made of skirtboard rubber and is available in thickness options of 1/4” or 1/8”. (if none is chosen, the default part is the 1/4″ rubber flap) The middle and rear flaps are made of 2ply and 3ply conveyor belt rubber respectively. Our conveyor belt material is a heavy-duty rubber that is very good at resisting physical abrasions. Both of these rubbers are able to endure the rough physical conditions common to street sweeping.
