Made of materials approved by the Food and Drug Administration, our food grade silicone sheets are the ideal material to use for seals and gaskets that will come in contact with food items. The ingredients used to make this white rubber material are listed in FDA regulations CFR 177.2600, meaning that they are fully compliant with federal law concerning the handling and packaging of consumables. Since it is a silicone rubber material, a food grade gasket made from this rubber sheet silicone will be able to work in a temperature range from -103° F to 500° F.

Custom Fabrication: Our rubber sheet silicone is available for custom fabrication according to your specific requirements. This is due to the fact that this food grade rubber is expected to be used as a variety of different components. We offer custom gauges of up to ¼” thick and widths of up to 60” upon request. The medium durometer rating of food grade silicone means that it can be more easily cut than other rubbers of a higher durometer rating. A flexible material is better suited to being made into specific components such as a food grade gasket or seal.
