These 5-mm thick rolls of recycled rubber come in 4-foot widths and pre-cut lengths of 10, 15, and 25 feet. Since they are made from recycled rubbers and tires, durability is built into these rubber flooring rolls. Tires are made to withstand elevated temperatures due to the continuous contact with asphalt. After a drive on the highway or down a steep hill, your tires and rims can be too hot for the human skin to touch, reaching 150 degrees Fahrenheit by some accounts. In addition, tires will last for years in any outdoor conditions when abandoned. The tire’s durability and weather resistance are then reassigned to Blue “Terra-Flex Sport” rolls.
